Anticipate the celebration of Queen Victoria’s 200th birthday with High Tea in a private room at the Oscar Wilde Bar, a renowned establishment that has been dubbed “the most elaborately decorated pub in New York City.”  Our High Tea begins with a glass of sherry or port.
